Coconut bark (it’s super low fat…..lmao ya right).
Paleo, gluten/dairy/sugar/grain/egg free.
- Shredded unsweetened coconut
- Coconut oil
- Chia seeds
Basically all I do is melt down the coconut oil and mix it with these ingredients. I don’t measure them, I just throw in what seems right. It’s mostly coconut/almonds with a bit of chia and around 1 tbsp of cocoa and stevia each.
Then you freeze it for 10 minutes and the coconut oil solidifies and yum :)
